Job Summary
Conduct the correct identification and timely ordering of parts while updating customer records accurately. Apply the correct discount in line with Company policy and ensure any payment received is handled according to policy. Create a better than average customer experience by completing the Brand Parts Apprentice qualification and attending all required Brand modules. Meet all studies and coursework deadlines over a 12-month period while developing skills to become an excellent Parts Advisor. The role involves weekly training blocks at the Milton Keynes centre for candidates with GCSE grade 3 or above in Maths, English, and one other subject.
