Job Summary
Complete basic safety training certifications including ladder, respirator fit testing, CPR, BBP, and First Aid. Execute interior and exterior painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers while mastering masking, filling, caulking, and drywall preparation. Maintain quality control by observing lead techniques, duplicating steps for efficiency, and adhering to ACI PRIDE & SERVICE standards. Manage job breakdowns by cleaning equipment, brushes, and rollers for the next day. Understand product failure basics, sheen differences, and pressure washing safety measures. Engage daily in on-the-job training to develop communication skills and vocabulary regarding scope and allotment.
