Job Summary
Apprentice Meat Cutter role in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsibilities include adhering to meat department standards for receiving, processing invoices, refrigeration, pricing, and maintaining temperature ranges; learning to identify and prepare fish, seafood, and meat products; responding to guest questions about ingredients and preparation; assisting with selecting and purchasing high-quality meat products; potential ordering and inventory maintenance under Meat Manager; learning to identify, cut, process, rotate, and merchandise all meat products per company standards; willingness to learn proper handling of seafood products (fishmonger duties) and seafood merchandising.
