Job Summary
Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents under supervision while engaging with internal stakeholders to gather information. Support the review of vendor contracts including NDAs, amendments, MSAs, and SOWs, and provide legal opinions on company policies and processes. Conduct regulatory research and compliance analysis, then liaise with internal counsel regarding contracts, disputes, and IP matters. Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes. This role is open to graduates eligible for NATS apprenticeship training, offering industry-focused certifications, health insurance, and a sabbatical leave policy.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement
- Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors
