Apprentice / Journeyperson Millwrights

Job Summary
Install, align, assemble, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, conveyors, rotating equipment); perform precision alignment, leveling, and equipment setting using proper tools; read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to support accurate installation; execute equipment installation, inspections, and troubleshooting; support rigging and hoisting for equipment installation alongside crane operators; complete FLHAs and follow site safety procedures including permit systems and lockout/tagout; operate and inspect tools, alignment equipment, and mechanical systems safely and efficiently; complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines with Ledcor’s safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Millwright ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
- Apprentice Millwrights must be registered with a provincial training authority
- Previous industrial construction experience preferred
- Strong team player with willingness to support where required
- Valid government ID
- Pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Project orientations must be completed
