Job Summary
Install ground mounted solar systems by assembling racking and mounting panels. Perform ground work and execute electrical terminations. Maintain safety protocols and use proper PPE while working alongside proven craftsmen. Candidates must own basic hand tools and meet apprenticeship or licensing requirements. This first shift role in Eldersburg, MD, offers a prevailing wage of $42.87 for apprentices or $65.87 for journeymen. Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program or be willing to enroll in the Tradesmen Apprenticeship Program

- Minimum of 3 years in the *trade* field
- Must own basic Hand Tools
- Must wear proper PPE
