Job Summary
Conduct construction and maintenance instrumentation work as a local 3rd or 4th year apprentice or certified journeyperson. Operate independently and within a team while taking initiative on daily tasks. Maintain safety compliance by utilizing valid tickets including CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection, and H2S Alive. Manage travel expenses personally while working various shift schedules of 8 to 12 hours daily with occasional overtime opportunities. Complete required apprenticeship hours under provided support.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess construction and maintenance instrumentation experience
- Must be an indentured Instrumentation Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team
- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work)
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to work safely
- Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive)
- A valid Class 5 driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate
