Job Summary
Complete training for children and adults on skiing and snowboarding while supporting all Ski and Ride School departments to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience. Operate equipment as trained, read and comply with safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies. Act as an ambassador of service to staff and guests with respect and maturity, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Located at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake, this seasonal role offers competitive wages between $19.00 and $20.88 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
- Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
- Ability to operate equipment as trained
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
