Job Summary
Early Years Apprentice role at Spring Seesaw (Action for Children). You’ll support nursery practitioners in developing children's development, participate in planning and setting up activities for a range of children, build positive relationships with families, and observe and share progress with parents and other professionals while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship over 18 months. The role includes hands-on training, qualification attainment, and potential progression within the Spring career pathway within a nurturing, child-centered environment.
