Job Summary
Apprentice – Housekeeping Trainee assisting in cleaning guest rooms (beds, dusting, vacuuming, linens, amenities) and public areas, supporting laundry operations, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and obeying hygiene and safety standards. Participates in training to learn housekeeping techniques, guest service, and brand standards while gaining exposure to rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen room operations. Greet guests, protect privacy, and assist during peak times, with supervision from the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel Management student / recent graduate or Diploma Holder
- Prior housekeeping internship is an added advantage but not mandatory
