Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day Know Your Client (KYC) and Non-Core KYC activities within the Global Transaction Banking team. Manage client documentation, ensure data storage per regulatory guidelines, and proactively follow up on Regulatory reporting tasks. Identify root causes of reporting issues, escalate matters precisely and timely, and track metrics to prevent aging items. Independently interact with internal and external parties while staying aware of regulatory changes. Report to AVP – Global Transaction Banking for guidance on strategic and compliance issues. This 12-month apprenticeship under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme offers on-the-job training with no obligation for permanent employment upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates
- Graduate (BA / BS / B. Com, etc.)
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new concepts quickly
- Provide assistance in a professional manner, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude
- Passionate about learning new skills, has a strong work ethic and is committed to becoming an expert in their field
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
