Job Summary
Groundworker Apprentice role in Newcastle across multiple projects. Learn essential construction skills such as preparing and levelling sites, laying foundations, drainage, and concrete work. Operate and maintain tools, follow health and safety protocols, and work as part of a team on groundwork tasks. Earn while you learn toward a Level 2 Groundworker Apprenticeship with mentorship and on-the-job training; potential progression toward leadership training and Works Manager trajectory; some projects may require living away and travel with living-away allowance provided.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English grade 5 or above desirable
- must not already hold a similar qualification of the same level
- valid driving licence desirable or willingness to obtain one
- ability to move away to work on projects
