Apprentice General Manager

Apprentice General Manager at Chipotle will assist in day-to-day restaurant operations and act as the leader on duty to ensure speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience. You’ll train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s tools, help manage schedules and P&L, participate in sales forecasting and recruiting, and learn to run the day-to-day business of the restaurant. Expect a 50-hour workweek including evenings and weekends, with a focus on hospitality, food safety, operational standards, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience. Strong communication, enthusiasm for growth into the General Manager role, and a passion for people development are essential.
