Job Summary
Support feasibility and formulation development studies; assist with manufacture of GMP batches for clinical and stability studies; conduct laboratory experiments, product characterization, and physical testing; record and compile experimental data in notebooks/logbooks/batch records; maintain laboratory supplies and assist with equipment checks; support shipment of materials following H&S procedures; contribute to cross-functional teams to meet project milestones; role pursued as part of Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship with emphasis on GMP/GLP compliance; based in Swindon, UK on a 18-month contract.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English, Maths, and Science (Grade 4/C or above)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work within a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, drive, and accountability
