Job Summary
Apprentice Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants throughout your area. Training provided onsite. Role targets new HVAC/R graduates or applicants with 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment across gas, electric, and steam systems, ordering and installing replacement parts, and participating in after-hours/on-call rotations. Benefits include company vehicle, ongoing training, and advancement toward CFESA certification, with overtime opportunities. Must have a valid driver's license, pass background checks and drug screens, EPA certification for refrigeration techs, and be 18+ with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets our safety standards
- Completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
- EPA certification (for refrigeration techs)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred
