Job Summary
Assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on industrial construction and maintenance projects. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications while conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations. Complete job documentation, reports, and required project records accurately. Collaborate with supervisors, Journeyman, and other team members to support project success, maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Must be an indentured Electrical Apprentice or certified Journeyman with construction and maintenance experience. Valid safety certifications (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection, H2S Alive) and a Class 5 Driver's License are required. Shifts are 5/2, with hours ranging from 8 to 12 days based on workload.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an indentured Electrical Apprentice or certified Journeymen
- Construction and maintenance electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment
- Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety

- H2S Alive
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must be local to Hinton or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate
