Job Summary
Local Electrical Apprentice opportunity in Grande Prairie, AB. PTW Energy Services seeks 2nd–4th year Apprentices or certified Journeypersons to join the team. Responsibilities include supporting apprenticeship programs, taking initiative, working independently or in a team, maintaining safety, and effective communication. Travel is not covered; candidate must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess construction and maintenance electrical experience
- Must be an indentured electrical Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team
- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work)
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to work safely
- Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive)
- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate
