Job Summary
Apprentice Electrician assisting licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across residential, Commercial, and industrial settings. Learn to read blueprints and NEC standards; safely use power and hand tools; assist with low voltage installations and troubleshooting; support frame carpentry tasks for electrical installations; conduct tests with an ohmmeter and other devices; aim to understand and apply technical diagrams and drawings while working under supervision in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work
- Understanding of low voltage systems is beneficial
- Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn from experienced professionals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
