Apprentice Electrician, 1st - 3rd Year - BAS Controls (Lethbridge)

Job Summary
Read and interpret floor drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new and existing building automation installations. Cut, bend, thread conduits, pull low voltage data cabling, and terminate wiring for networks and devices. Install, replace, and repair electrical control equipment including relays, sensors, and actuators. Commission newly installed control systems through point-to-point verification and sequence checks with a qualified lead technician while identifying issues via standard troubleshooting procedures. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies during commercial and construction site work.
Required Qualifications
- Indentured Electrical Apprentice in Alberta (1st - 3rd Year)
- conduit experience
- Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Ability to read and draw simple electrical sketches and schematics
- Excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail, ability to execute precision work
- Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Must live in the Lethbridge Area
