Job Summary
Apprentice participates in the digitalisation roadmap of the service, contributing to modernisation of tools, processes and internal communication to improve performance and workflow. Responsible for implementing and deploying digitalisation projets, optimising internal processes, setting up and improving digital tools (tracking, information sharing, automation), and supporting teams in using new tools. Performs monitoring and analysis (dashboards, indicators), analyses service needs and proposes digital solutions, and participates in project monitoring related to digital transformation. Produces internal communication supports, showcases digitalisation projects, and helps create content to improve information dissemination. The role includes one remote workday per week within a Bondoufle, France context and is framed within a Bac+3 apprenticeship in digitalisation/communication.
