Job Summary
Perform maintenance services and part replacements on Dayton Freight Lines tractors while learning diagnostic and repair procedures. Assist senior technicians, conduct PM inspections, and handle service calls. Maintain shop grounds and equipment in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards. Record all work and labor in the EMS system and coordinate with the Parts Department for supplies. Work independently or in teams using hand and power tools in a modern facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Fluent in English
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
