Job Summary
Conduct surface repair services to reduce waste and save customers time and money by matching colors and fixing finishes instead of replacing materials. Perform hands-on work in facilities maintenance, construction, or manufacturing settings while paying close attention to detail and meeting project timelines. Provide excellent customer service and solve problems on-site using a company car or allowance for commuting. Commit to a minimum two-year training period to learn this trade and grow with the business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working with your hands, whether that's in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
- It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
- The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to meet project timelines.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent work ethic.
Desired Qualifications
- Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful.
