Apprentice Clean-Up

Assist with manual labor duties across construction trades; load/unload materials and distribute to locations according to project plans; clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards; operate or assist with various tools and machines; dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth to grade specs; install perimeter fencing and screening; support Swinerton self-perform trades including cement, drywall, carpentry, and electrical with general labor tasks; complete other responsibilities as assigned; maintain safety practices per OSHA and Swinerton; lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather; join a 100% employee-owned company committed to integrity, safety, and growth.
