Job Summary
Learn product knowledge, procedures, and special orders while mastering cake decorating duties for guests with minimal prior experience. Apply merchandising principles to generate sales, prepare and decorate products for cases, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and demonstrating suggestive selling techniques. Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning equipment, tables, and work areas, while properly handling products and assisting with deliveries. Accurately record special orders and follow code dating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Up to 50 pounds lifting
- At least 18 years of age
- 0 to 6 months experience
