Job Summary
Learn product knowledge, procedures, and merchandising principles to ensure store goals are met and guests are delighted. Follow safety guidelines while preparing, decorating, and rotating bakery products for cases and displays. Greet customers, answer questions, and apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Accurately record special orders, maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas, and assist in unloading deliveries. Maintain proper safety, sanitation, and code dating procedures to ensure only fresh products are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Up to 50 pounds lifting
- At least 18 years of age
- 0 to 6 months experience
