Job Summary
Apprentice Buyer supporting procurement activities: assist in sourcing and procurement, participate in supplier interactions and follow-up, manage purchase requests and orders via Coupa, contribute to data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint), apply procurement procedures and ensure internal guideline compliance, identify issues in routine situations and propose solutions, and develop progressive autonomy on defined tasks in an international, technology-driven environment. Fluent English and strong MS Office skills required; opportunity to grow in IT-related categories including software licences, SaaS, hardware, cloud, networks, telecoms, and security within Amadeus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, ideally with a specialization in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn and use digital tools (e.g. Coupa), with team support
