Job Summary
Perform bench work according to established scratch procedures and prepare products to specifications using provided recipes. Bake prepared and scratch products for cases and displays while rotating inventory and following code dating procedures. Prepare and fry donuts, properly insert items into proof boxes, and manage freezer operations to preserve freshness. Actively demonstrate suggestive selling techniques, provide active sampling, and greet customers to ensure they locate products. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, and work areas, including backrooms and coolers, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Accurately record special orders and assist in unloading deliveries to maintain backroom efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
