Apprentice Baker

Apprentice Baker responsibilities include assisting in producing bakery products, ensuring exceptional guest service, learning clerk and cake decoration functions, and supporting the bakery team to deliver high-quality pastries. You will bake prepared and scratch products, manage proofing and oven procedures, handle donuts and other bakery items, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, assist customers with product selection and suggestive selling, and help maintain cleanliness in the department and back room. The role emphasizes teamwork, a willingness to learn across the Bakery Department, and fostering a culture that grows leadership capabilities and culinary creativity.
