Job Summary
Perform bench work according to established scratch procedures, prepare and bake products using specific recipes, and fry donuts. Properly insert items into proof boxes and freezers to maintain freshness, while actively demonstrating suggestive selling techniques and providing active sampling. Maintain safety as the top priority, ensuring all equipment, tables, and work areas meet sanitation regulations. Accurately record special orders and rotate product in cases and displays to ensure only the freshest items are available. Assist in maintaining backroom, cooler, and freezer efficiency by unloading deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
