Job Summary

Perform front-end brake services, shock replacements, and wheel alignments on passenger and light truck vehicles. Remove, install, repair, and balance tires safely while diagnosing tire issues and executing appropriate repairs. Operate and maintain alignment and flush machines, and conduct oil, lube, and filter services. Assist with mechanical inspections and provide exceptional customer service. Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced technicians to develop technical skills within a structured, safety-focused environment. Full-time position with a structured schedule; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an Automotive Technician Program or equivalent experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn in the automotive industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physical capability to work in a demanding environment, including heavy lifting and frequent movement
  • A safety-focused mindset
  • A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
