Job Summary
Apply products safely and accurately to labeled crops and sites from manager/salesperson recommendations; operate and maintain application equipment; build and maintain customer relations through product applications and provide feedback on field conditions; assist with mixing/loading/unloading of crop protection and fertilizer products; follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules (including PPE); obtain and maintain state commercial applicator certification and Ag CDL; perform equipment inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance; maintain logs and support other team members with field operations, scouting, product transport, and customer services; overtime as the season demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience
- Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification as required by state
- Must obtain and maintain an Ag CDL
- Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy
