Job Summary
Apprentice Applicator responsible for applying dry fertilizer and lime to fields, operating and maintaining application equipment, assisting in mixing/loading/unloading of crop protection products, maintaining logs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, obtaining state commercial applicator certification and Ag CDL, calibrating and maintaining equipment, assisting with scouting and customer relations, and overtime as seasonal demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED (may be offset by experience)
- Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy
- Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification as required by state
- Must obtain and maintain an Ag CDL
