Job Summary
Conduct repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects for residential and commercial clients across St Pete and nearby areas using your own vehicle. Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for tasks ranging from carpentry and painting to light plumbing and electrical work. Travel to job sites while maintaining excellent communication with clients, management, and office personnel. Work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling, utilizing your own standard set of tools and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Skills across multiple trades
- Strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel
- Successful prior work track record
- Ability to follow directions
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own truck, van or SUV
- Current and valid driver's license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of St Petersburg
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
