Job Summary
Prepare equipment and peripherals by performing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and computer adjustments on marginators. Support operators in maneuvering equipment per client expectations, mobilize and coordinate assigned personnel, and ensure proper functioning of assigned equipment. Secure raw material supply, verify product compliance with client expectations and quality standards, and adhere to continuous training. Enforce company health and safety rules and 5S standards while maintaining production standards. Resolve problems in team settings and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Participate in monthly interviews.
