Job Summary
Conduct regulatory, technical, and energy improvement analyses for client site maintenance. Develop corrective and preventive maintenance management systems while performing technical audits and diagnostics. Pilot contract management and participate in client and team meetings. Operate information systems including GMAO, service portals, and communication gateways. Ensure proper execution of regulatory controls. This apprenticeship role requires a bac+4/5 engineering student to support the maintenance team at the Plessis-Robinson site. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Excel and GMAO tools, alongside knowledge of building energy efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Alternance
- Étudiant en école d'ingénieur en bac +4/5
- Une bonne maîtrise des logiciels tel qu'Excel
- Si possible avec les outils de GMAO
- Des connaissances dans l'efficacité énergétique du bâtiment
