Job Summary
As an HSE Apprentice Engineer at the Blois P&G plant, you will join the Health, Safety and Environment department to focus on safety, quality and pedagogy. You will structure and monitor the plant action plan related to process safety, track updates of periodic process safety studies, facilitate cross-functional working groups for mandatory process safety inspections, and participate in project reviews to support project managers on the HSE aspect. This role offers mentorship, training and internal promotion pathways, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering school program in a relevant field (procedures, industrial engineering, risk management, HSE)
- Proficiency in French and English
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Knowledge of chemical risk classification
