Pilot daily global upstream and downstream transport flows while coordinating carriers, customs declarants, suppliers, and service divisions. Validate transport requests regarding weight, urgency, cost, and protocols, then reorganize collections based on calendar disruptions such as holidays or inventory events. Manage critical incidents and escalate alerts, supporting divisions with dispute resolution and root cause analysis to establish lasting procedures. Track key performance indicators to identify deviations, challenge carrier commitments, and deploy improvement plans for underperforming routes.
