Job Summary
Apply and respect hygiene and safety rules in the kitchen. Discover and master culinary techniques by preparing and sending out dishes. Manage product inventory through storage, conservation, and adherence to technical sheets. Collaborate with the team to ensure fluid and efficient service. Maintain your workstation and equipment. This apprenticeship is for candidates currently preparing a CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in hospitality and catering.
