Prepare meals adapted to residents' dietary regimens in collaboration with the chef, mastering basic and sector-specific culinary techniques. Analyze and control dish quality, manage receiving, storage, and stock control of goods, and maintain kitchen hygiene per the Sanitary Master Plan. Serve residents by participating in service operations and supporting their well-being.
