Job Summary
Apprentice butcher at Intermarché Hyper - Les Prés Potets de Fontaine-lès-Dijon. After integration, trained in traditional meat-cutting with carcass work (désossage, découpe) and product sale, while learning hygiene rules. Involves organizing the rayon, participating in fabrication and sales planning, and selecting and ordering products. Learn also welcoming and advising customers in a convivial atmosphere, and highlighting the rayon and its products in an attractive presentation. The apprenticeship includes the potential for a CDI at the end of training and real progression opportunities within the company.
