Job Summary
Appraisal Specialist oversees and performs reviews of residential and commercial loan appraisals to ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and bank policies. Provides analysis of appraisal methodology and real estate market knowledge to support lending and credit staff, communicates appraisal-related information to internal teams and external vendors, and may assist with administrative functions and engagement of outside appraisal firms for property valuations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years valuation experience, preferably within the banking industry preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
