Job Summary
Provide administrative support across the appraisal workflow from initiation to completion for a remote-based Mortgage/Lending team. Responsibilities include maintaining appraiser profiles, verifying licensing, coordinating with appraisers and AMCs, communicating fee changes to Compliance, managing appraisal fee collections and discrepancies, assigning orders and reports, uploading documents to UCDP/EAD, processing ROA/RV requests, and monitoring daily pipelines in LOS and appraisal-management systems. Crosstrain across departments, assist with special projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to work successfully in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business software applications
- Experience or familiarity with mortgage lending, appraisal management, or real estate a plus (training available)
