Job Summary
The role of Appraisal Inspector & Reviewer involves on-site property inspections and final reviews of appraisal reports, requiring extensive travel (50%+ per month). A certified general license is essential, ensuring compliance with USPAP standards. Responsibilities include overseeing preparation of necessary exhibits, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field) and a solid understanding of commercial real estate appraisal. Strong detail orientation and proficiency with Microsoft products are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least 1 state
- Active driver’s license
- Ability to travel between states
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and via emails
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties
- Ability to read, write, speak & comprehend English
Desired Qualifications
- MAI designation or candidate
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management
- Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams
