Job Summary
The Appraisal Inspector & Reviewer role focuses on on-site property inspections and final reviews of appraisal reports. Candidates must hold an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and be prepared for significant travel, exceeding 50% monthly. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of exhibits, managing travel arrangements, participating in client meetings, and ensuring compliance with USPAP for inspected properties. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and strong attention to detail is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least 1 state
- Active driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time/calendar management
Desired Qualifications
- MAI designation or candidate
- Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams
