Field-based, entry-to-mid level role focused on lead generation and appointment setting, with responsibilities including door-to-door outreach, communicating the value of services, tracking activity, and representing the company in the field. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, comfort working outdoors and on your feet; sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, bilingual abilities advantageous. Competitive earnings potential with base pay plus uncapped commissions; training provided and opportunities for growth within solar/roofing sectors. Location is Sussex, NJ.
