Conduct face-to-face conversations to build rapport and secure appointments, with most new team members scheduling their first visit on day one after paid training. This entry-level role serves as the foundation for a robust sales career, having launched the paths for many current managers and senior representatives. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday, 40 hours between 9am and 7pm, with team transportation provided. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or GED. Average first-year income ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 plus bonuses and commissions.
