Job Summary
Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce hotel booking services, then qualify leads and schedule consultations for travel advisors. Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions while responding to basic inquiries and directing detailed questions to specialists. Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued engagement and collaborate with the team to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion. This fully remote role supports our team dedicated to simplifying the travel planning process and connecting travelers with perfect accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video platforms
