Job Summary
Appointment Setter role: remote, full-time, US business hours. Responsible for lead engagement, outreach via call/email/message, qualify leads based on role/need/budget, book meetings between prospects and sales reps, maintain CRM data in Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho, use Calendly and calendar tools, manage time zones, coordinate reminders and follow-ups, and provide handoffs to SDR/BDR teams with insights to improve outreach. Strong emphasis on consistent qualified meetings, high show rates, and precise CRM updates. Growth path to SDR/BDR or Account Executive.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales support, Inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Scheduling tools experience (Calendly, Chili Piper)
