Job Summary
Appointment Setter needed to generate qualified meetings and support sales pipeline growth for a fast-growing business. You will handle outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and CRM management across time zones, engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and scheduling meetings for the sales team using Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives; maintain clean CRM records in Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho; track outreach activities and scheduling metrics; ensure accurate calendar coordination and timely follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- 1β2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
