Job Summary
Appointment Setter responsible for qualifying and scheduling appointments for the sales team, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, and meeting daily/weekly performance goals. Role is in-office at the Tempe, AZ location with call-center environment; requires strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset, and experience in appointment setting is a plus. Shifts Typical: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays based on demand. Compensation includes base pay plus bonuses/commissions, benefits after probation, and opportunities for growth.
